Thomas Sieber is a cultural scientist and teaches as a professor with a focus on the history and theory of museums, exhibitions and cultural mediation at the Zurich University of the Arts.
His research interests include questions of the representation of migration and nation in museums, strategies of showing in exhibitions between aestheticisation, decontextualisation and depoliticisation, as well as the history and present of democracy and participation.
